The results of the study show that facebook social media has a positive and negative impact on the education patterns of elementary school children. As for the more prominent impact in this study is a negative impact on children. Because the child at his age is not mature enough to use the facebook site and still needs guidance from family, school, and the surrounding environment. Thus technology from social media facebook shows a change in the education patterns of elementary school children in social activities or relationships socializing in the real world. This happens because the surrounding environment affects the growth and development of elementary school children. As for the good and bad use of social media facebook depends on the pattern of family education that is given to children.
