Abstract

The mental health of employees is a major concern of enterprise management. This paper aims to disclose how enterprise management models affect the emotion management and job-well-being of employees. First, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the employees in ten listed enterprises in Shanghai. Then, the survey results were statistically analyzed on SPSS13.0 software. The results show that, the job well-being is high before the age of 30, and decreases continuously as the age grows over 30; machinery manufacturing is the industry with the highest job well-being; the employees under different enterprise management models vary greatly in education level, but not in gender or marital status; enterprise management models have a significant negative correlation with the job well-being of the employees. The research findings provide a reference to improve the job satisfaction of employees and promote healthy, sustainable development of enterprises.
