Apuntes sobre agricultura, ganadería e industria en Barranquilla durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX

Abstract

This article revises Barranquilla's economic development during the second half of the 19th century by means of two sectors darkened or isolated economically by the trade. The principal interest is to describe as the agriculture and the cattle were essential to support socio economical active a part of the population who was not linked by the trade.
