Scuttle flies (Diptera: Phoridae) reared from logs in Finland and N. W. Russia, including two new species

Abstract

Nine species of Megaselia Rondani have been reared from logs, in Finland and Northwest Russia. Megaselia excorticata sp. n. and M. tignorum sp. n. are described, the latter being a sibling species of M. setulipalpis Schmitz, which was also reared from logs. © Entomologica Fennica.
