¿Las mujeres son más sensibles frente al maltrato animal? Experiencias entorno a la aplicación de la Ley 1774 desde 2016 hasta 2018

Abstract

The present investigation tries to give a justification to the apparent greaterinterest that women have for the animal abuse cases in Colombia. By means of the statisticalanalysis of the information obtained from the users of the Legal Office for the Protection ofNon-Human Animals -Abogato-, and based on the theoretical reflections they make in thecontext of ‘moral sensitivity’.All this job done by by Peter Strawson and Ernst TugendhatLa presente investigación intenta dar una justificación al aparente mayor interés que tienen las mujeres por los casos de maltrato animal en Colombia. Por medio del análisis estadístico de la información obtenidas de los usuarios del Consultorio Jurídico para la Protección de Animales no Humanos –Abogato-, y tomando como base las reflexiones teóricas que realizan en el contexto de la ‘sensibilidad moral’ todo esto esgrimido por Peter Strawson y Ernst Tugendhat.
