In addition to Spain, people from Mexico and Ecuador participated. The aims of the ApS experience, its steps and its protocol of action are explained. The results show that the average age of sedentary people who carried out the experience was 53.8 years old, the most common hours being between 18:00 and 21:00. The type of activities most performed were those of an aerobic nature. The participants showed a value of 4.6 out of 5 in the evaluation of the experience and 4.43 in the variable of motivation towards the continuity of sport practice. It concluded by highlighting the need to implement more ApS in order to generate habits of physical activity practice as an indicator of contribution and social welfare.
