IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM QR CODE DAN BARCODE PADA SISTEM PEMBAYARAN DI TOKO PERBELANJAAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI ANDROID

Abstract

Supermarkets generally use a Desktop PC for the process of counting groceries with the help of barcode readers to find out the price of goods. This application is built using QR code and barcode reader based on Android to solve the problem of effectiveness and efficiency of the sales process in supermarkets. This study aims to design an application to calculate grocery shopping using a QR code and barcode reader based on an android smartphone application. Data collection methods used observation and interviews with self-service managers. This research produces an application that makes it easier for buyers to make shopping and payment transactions, thereby reducing queuing time at the cashier.
