Abstract

This paper provides an introduction to electricity tariff cross-subsidies and analyses the main forms and problems of the cross-subsidies of electricity tariff in China. According to the essence of power system reform, it provides some suggestions on how to find appropriate solutions to the problems mentioned in this paper in order to promote the electricity market reform.
