Abstract

Anger is not necessarily bad, according to the author. There are times when it is appropriate. At other times it can escalate unpleasantly. The article describes the different stages of anger and the author's advice on the proper response at each stage. He also lists anger reducing and anger enhancing response behaviors to be aware of.
