Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and communication on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees at PT. Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 67 samples. The sampling technique uses disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques used were field studies, literature studies, and questionnaires. The results of the data will be processed with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 application. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on employee performance with the R Square result of 0.513, which means that the contribution of organizational culture and communication affects 51.3%. And the results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture and communication have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
