Abstract

A 22-year-old para 2, female presented with a 2-month history of a progressively vulvar mass. Clinically, her general condition was poor. She had bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. Local examination revealed a large deeply infiltrating vulvar mass. Pathological evaluation revealed pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcom.
