Movimento Negro e a pauta quilombola no Constituinte: ação, estratégia e repertório

Abstract

Resumo Trata-se um estudo que visa a identificar a contribuição do movimento negro no processo de construção do direito quilombola no Brasil, com ênfase no período (pré-constituinte). Para tanto é analisada a formação do Estado brasileiro e a inserção do negro no seu contexto social e político, após, estrutura-se as características do movimento negro, identificando seu repertório, estratégias e ações no pré-constituinte. Percebeu-se que o intenso papel do Movimento Negro Unificado (MNU) foi responsável pela inserção de direitos étnicos-quilombola no texto constitucional consolidado em 1988.Abstract It is a study that aims to identify a contribution of the black movement in the process of construction of the quilombola right in Brazil, with emphasis on the (pre) constituent period. Therefore, it is studied as a structure of the black movement, identifying its repertoire, strategies and actions in the pre-constituent. It was noticed that the intense role of the Unified Black Movement (MNU) was responsible for insertion of ethnic-quilombola rights without consolidated constitutional text in 1988.
