Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo contribuir para a análise de teorias da interpretação, mormente aplicadas ao direito tributário. O escopo basilar do artigo é o de demonstrar – a partir do detalhamento das correntes interpretativas – como uma interpretação de cunho cético pode ruir a rígida divisão de competências constitucionais tributárias.The present study aims to contribute to the analysis of theories of interpretation, mainly applied to tax law. The basic purpose of the article is to demonstrate – from the detailing of the interpretive currents – how a skeptical interpretation can undermine the rigid division of constitutional tax competencies.
