Cyberlaw: Problem dan Prospek Pengaturan Aktivitas Internet

Abstract

The development of internet, undeniably, has multidimensional implications and specific characters ofcyberspace. In fact, most existing laws have been provided and created for the real world. Therefore, the questions are whether or not the laws for real world provide for cyberspace? Should laws for cyberspace differ from those for real world? Is it a must to have a specific Cyberlaw? This writing proposes to elaborate on problems arising or potentially arising from activities in internet, especially those related to E-Commerce, directly or indirectly. This paper also tries to recommend some anticipative alternatives.
