Abstract

This short text examines the interest that there is to be considered in terms of social vulnerability instead of exclusion to realize the contemporary phenomena of fragilisation and marginalization of certain individuals and thus to understand the forms of intervention necessary, at least for two reasons : because it is no more in phase with the contemporary representation of being one rather than exclusion and also because it is presented as a potential concept which obliges to question as well the conditions of possibility of this potentiality as the conditions of its realisation.
