Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and the Accuracy of Job Placement on Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study on PKP-PK Employees of PT Angkasa Pura II Persero). The population in this study were all employees of Aircraft PKP-PK PT. Angkasa Pura II and sampling techniques were carried out through probability sampling methods, namely Simple Random Sampling with 93 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the test instrument validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis, correlation analysis and path analysis. Data processing tools using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (2) Accuracy of Job Placement has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (3) Training does not affect performance, (4) Accuracy of Job Placement has no effect on performance, (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.
