Abstract

Magnetic and superconducting properties were studied in a polycrystalline sample of the heavy fermion superconductor CePt3Si by means of the muon spin rotation and relaxation method. The lower limit of the penetration depth was obtained to be -1000 nm. An appearance of an internal field under zero magnetic field was observed below TN, indicating the bulk magnetic ordering. © 2006 The Physical Society of Japan.
