Abstract

Key Points Proximal SPs, particularly large ones, are associated with an increased risk of CRC. The results of this study support the USMSTF recommendation for follow‐up colonoscopy at 3 years after diagnosis of a large (≥1 cm) SSL and at 5 to 10 years after diagnosis of a smaller SSL.
