Abstract

Vieyuri Convection is a business that is engaged in services and produces various kinds of clothing. A good product cannot be separated from quality control supervision. The purpose of this study is to analyze Quality Control and examine what factors cause quality failure in skirt products by using statistical Quality Control tools, namely check sheets, Pareto diagrams, cause-effect diagrams and P control charts. The results of the control chart analysis show that the product The researched were 670 production units with 76 defective products and the results of the UCL value (upper control limit) of 0.155% LCL (lower control limit) of 0.071% with a CL value (middle value) of 0.113% then standard deviation of 0.012 for 670 units. production. The products that experienced the greatest damage were damage to the fabric as many as 38 products. Actions taken to reduce production defects are to make better regulations and implement good work regulations in order to produce good quality goods.
