Abstract
Innovation is the country's core requirement for the construction of Guang-dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and is also the core competitiveness of the Greater Bay Area. Due to the differences in the geographical, cultural , and institutional aspects of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, the complexity of regional innovation analysis has increased. This paper uses the DEA method to study the different efficiencies of each city in the Guang-dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, analyzes the input redundancy and output shortage of each city, and compares the scale efficiency and technical efficiency, policies and recommendations.
