Abstract

Using cytochemical techniques, granules containing polyphosphate have been detected in Hartig net and sheath hyphae of Pinus ectomycorrhizas; in sheath, intercellular and intracellular hyphae of Arbutus ectendomycorrhizas; and in hyphae and vesicles of Liquidambar endo‐mycorrhizas.
