Abstract

The principal aim of this study is to quantitatively clarify the effects of office environment on workers' workplace productivity and health (Wellness). This study revealed the following three main points. 1. By improving the office environment, workers feel comfortable and communicate. 2. Space design (ex. interior, rest space, conference room) has a great impact on workers' workplace productivity. 3. The Heat/Air/Light environment are effective for workers' workplace productivity as well as health. In summary, it became clear that the office environment induces various behaviors in the office and greatly contributes to improving the Wellness.
