Abstract

This article intends to indicate some tendencies that are present in the current crisis and the way this crisis affects work intensely in global scale, either because of the erosion of hired and regulated work, or because of the introduction or intensification of several ways to hide mechanisms of bigger work exploitation, or because of the enlargement of structural unemployment Besides introducing some of the most destructive presences related to work, the article shows how transnational capital tries to enlarge the dismantling of the labor legislation Finally, it draws an alternative way of living, showing some of its main mechanisms
