Representasi Nilai Estetis dalam Syair Karambangan Suku Pamona (Aesthetic Value Representation In the Karambangan Poem of the Pamona Tribe)

Abstract

This study discusses the representation of aesthetic values in the kara-mbangan verses of the pamona tribe in Poso regency. The object of the study is a collection of transcribed karambangan verses. Furthermore, there is an explanation of the aesthetic value, the function of aesthetic value, and the benefits of the aesthetic value of the pamona tribe's kar-ambangan verses. This research is a qualitative research with a conte-nt analysis method, and a hermeneutics approach. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study found that the pamona tribe's poetry consists of aesthetic values, such as (1) religious values, (2) cultural values, (3) moral values, (4) educational values, (5) entertainment values, (6) sacrificial values, and (7) compassion values.
