The Place and Role of Intellectual Property Policies in an Advanced Scientific Research and Education University

Abstract

Intellectual property plays an important role in the sustainable development of an university. Nowadays we can not talk about economic growth respectively about innovation and technology transfer if there is no analysis regarding the place and role of intellectual property protection in universities done. In this context, the authors conducted a study and have expressed a view on how the Intellectual Property policies must be understood and implemented later in an advanced scientific research and education university.
