Abstract

Ibu Kota Negara merupakan pusat pemerintahan suatu negara. Hal ini menjadikan Ibu Kota Negara akan selalu menjadi catatan sejarah dan perhatian dunia. Nusantara telah ditetapkan sebagai Calon Ibu Kota Negara yang baru. Segala proses tentang perpindahan dan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara akan menjadi perhatian seluruh dunia, karena Ibu Kota Nusantara akan menjadi Ibu Kota pertama di dunia yang menerapkan konsep “forest city”. Arsip yang diciptakan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan dalam rangka perpindahan dan pembangunan IKN merupakan embrio arsip statis di bidang lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan. Bagaimana Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan memberikan rekomendasi pelepasan kawasan hutan, menjaga konservasi alam, memastikan kebersandingan pembangunan IKN dengan kelestarian lingkungan, semua akan menjadi catatan sejarah negara dan dunia.The National Capital is the center of government of a country.
