Abstract

Abstract This paper assesses the present status of how to go about doing business in Mexico and focuses on a series of areas concerning acquisitions, franchising and joint-venture partnerships as they relate to the hotel and resort industry. Addressed in this paper will be Mexico as a key location, risks and challenges of investment in Mexico and various ways to structure deals.
