Abstract

The need for further development and testing of sports-pedagogical technologies, taking into account health approach allows to speak about the relevance of the research methodological foundations of physical education in the training and improvement of technique and tactics of the game of football in physical education classes at the university. An indication of the stability of health is a high degree physical performance, and, on the contrary, its lowest value is considered as a risk factor for health. The successful solution of the problem of students' motor skills development lies in the basis of the effects of exercise. An effective way to use football for recreational purposes and as a means of improving the physical performance of students of non-sports higher schools is a successful mastery of technique, game tactics and implementation of training effects of technical, tactical and physical training. The purpose of the research was to develop a technique of conjugate impacts of game exercises taking into account their physiological orientation to improve the physical performance of higher school students involved in football. The study was performed at the Department of Physical Education of Tomsk State University from September 2014 to May 2015. The study involved third-year students involved in the specialization "Football". Two groups of 15 people (men aged 19-22) were formed. Both groups worked out in the stadium for 2 hours twice a week. The amount of training in the control group was distributed as follows: 40 % of general physical training, 20 % of special physical training, 20% of technical and tactical training, 20% of game preparation. The experimental group had 20 % of general physical training, 20 % of special physical training, 40 % of technical and tactical training, 20 % of game preparation. Models of individual exercises and their complexes were built on the basis of the account of urgent adaptation mechanisms, as well as of the optimal training load: the amount of exercise, duration of exercise, intensity of exercise. At the beginning and at the end of the pedagogical experiment tests were conducted of students' physical performance (Harvard Step Test), and their physical, technical and tactical training. After the experiment, the test results of the experimental group were significantly higher than of the control group (p < 0.05). Application of the method of conjugate impacts helped not only to improve the level of technical preparedness of students, but also to increase their level of physical fitness and physical performance. By increasing the number of gaming exercises, their complexity and novelty, the use of the method of conjugate impact in classes was more effective than traditional learning.
