De Fanon a la interseccionalidad: neurosis, sexo y descolonización

Abstract

This article is a proposal about how to generate a more accurate analysis of oppression from a decolonial perspective. For this, I analyze two vectors of oppression in their particular interaction with colonialism: race and sex. As a starting point to think about the question, I take the work of Frantz Fanon, who approaches this interaction from a very concrete framework from which to think about identity: that of the subconscious. Through this “deep” approach to decolonization I will try to decipher the limits and possibilities of an intersectional approach to oppression, alluding to the feminist tradition and the postcolonial tradition.
