Abstract

The thermal and microwave properties of ferroelectric metal/dielectric/metal structures have been studied. The possibility of obtaining the temperature coefficient of capacitance on the order of 10-4 K-1 for a ferroelectric varicond based on two thin layers of barium strontium titanate with different compositions is demonstrated for the first time. © 2014 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
