Abstract
The 1999 ICSE Workshop entitled, Software Engineering over the Internet, brought together researchers and practitioners that share a vision of using the Internet as primary infrastructure for supporting globally distributed software development projects. The workshop discussed topics that range from software engineering to requirements engineering. Other topics discussed were system analysis, software design, component and integration testing, code generation and implementation, software maintenance, and technical support.
