Abstract
A bull with a Y;17 translocation was found. This finding was examined by G banding, C banding, and studying the cytodensitometric profiles of G banding. The subject appeared phenotypically normal, with normal reproductive organs and testicular function (GnRH Test). There was a slight pathospermia (oligozoospermia and asthenozoospermia), therefore the portions of Y chromosome with TDF and AZF were not lost. Copyright © 1990, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
