Abstract
Counterfeit pharmaceuticals provide a serious challenge to the pharmaceutical business, resulting in large financial losses and putting patient health at risk. To address this issue, a strong system for tracking and tracing medicine delivery throughout the supply chain process is required. Because of its ability to properly handle and track the supply chain, blockchain technology has emerged as a potential solution. The installation of a unique blockchain-based pharmaceutical supply chain management system is the topic of this report. In the smart pharmaceutical business, the suggested solution uses Hyperledger Fabric, a blockchain platform, to continually monitor and trace the drug delivery process. The method improves supply chain visibility, reduces the risk of counterfeit medications, and promotes patient safety by using the transparency and security provided by blockchain technology. The study addresses the implementation of the blockchain-based medicine supply chain management module and provides test results to evaluate the system's effectiveness and usability. Pharmaceutical firms may strengthen their supply chain procedures and address the issues posed by counterfeit medications by implementing blockchain technology.
