Abstract

This study aims to apply civic skills to build civic character in students of the Pancasila and civics education study program in citizenship education courses with a blended learning model. The research method is descriptive qualitative with questionnaire and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The implementation of civic skills is to identify, analyze, explain, and evaluate. The results showed that there were three stages in blended learning, namely the provision of material by the lecturer, students exploring through the assigned tasks, students confirming at the time of the meeting again via online. Students show an independent attitude, responsibility, think critically and care about citizenship issues. The application of civic skills with a blended learning model in the online learning period can help increase student participation and good attitude.
