DISEÑO DE UN TABLERO DE CONTROL EN UNA PYME INDUSTRIAL APLICANDO LA METODOLOGIA DE INVESTIGACION-ACCION

Abstract

SMEs worldwide are one of the most important actors in the performance of any economy due to their role as generators of added value and employment. Generically, they are characterized by lacking useful, relevant and reliable information that allows them to develop proactive management. For this reason, the purpose of this work is to design a system of indicators, made up of a Dashboard, by applying the action research methodology between the university and the company. This work is carried out in an industrial SME in the metalworking sector of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a result of the project, it is possible to design a Dashboard, appropriate to the situation the company is going through and its specific needs, through interactions between researchers and company personnel, resulting in a novel methodology in the region.
