Abstract

Somatic mutations are important factors in tumorigenesis. In this issue of Blood, Zhang et al have identified recurrent mutations in key signaling pathways in highrisk childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) to be exploited in the development of new therapeutic approaches.
