Abstract
Knowledge transfer values are closely related to the alliance stability. These values produced by the knowledge transfer process are divided into basic values, added values, synergetic values, further-developmental values and negative values. A dynamic model based on the value is established by using the system decision theory to analyze the stability of equilibrium points, and point out the knowledge transfer positivity of partners is inversely proportional to the synergy values which the other obtains after accepting knowledge, and proportional to the sum of added values and negative values lost by others transfer knowledge. These results may provide some managerial implications for enterprises which will prepare to establish or have already established the alliance and seek further development. ©2009 Crown.
