Abstract

Polymer hydroxyethylcellulose matrix modification was made by mechanochemical method using copper containing nanoparticles, obtained by electro-chemical reduction from copper sulphate solutions in water-ethanol medium. Interactions of copper containing nanoparticles with hydroxyethylcellulose were studies. Antimicrobial effect of the nanocomposites obtained was found.
