Abstract

This paper considers essential aspects about the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology in contemporary contracts, as well as the capability of the legal system to adopt these technological developments. Thus, it identifies the main problems of blockchain and its practical implementation and perspectives.
