Abstract

Cristiane Cardoso, daughter of Bishop Edir Macedo from Universal Church of The Kingdom of God (UCKG), founded and leads a international project so called Godllywood which purpose is to teach girls and woman to behavior in their everyday life according to” God’s principles”. Analyzing this project based on its founder writings and in a material of an ethnography research accomplished in a UCKG’s temple in Recife, this paper debates female leadership role and also of the woman in Pentecostalism and, using the “transreligiosity” notion, indicates a difficult delimitation between the religious and the secular and between the public and the private.
