Abstract
A semi-empirical analysis is performed to select the best matchable perovskite front and organic rear cell materials for tandem solar cells. Isopropanol is introduced as a co-solvent additive to precisely modulate the bulk heterojunction morphology of the active layer in the rear cell. The resulting perovskite/organic tandem solar cells achieve a notable power conversion efficiency of 26.49% (certified 25.56%), along with a high open-circuit voltage of 2.214 V.
