Evaluación y pertinencia de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector exportador en Cartagena-Colombia

Abstract

With this research article is to assess the usefulness of the implementation of the technologies of information and communication technologies (ICT) sector small and medium-sized enterprises Cartagena-Colombia exporter. We used the statistical technique of analysis of the main factors (AFP), which made it possible to identify the correlation between pairs of 8 variables in the data set of 82 companies studied; As a result, it was found that the factors e-mailpyme (95%), webpyme (73%), accebanca (69%) and platdian (63%), represent the technological tools and communications with greater availability, usefulness and functionality, promoting the improvement of internal processes of quality and competitiveness of the cluster exporters; however, it should support the implementation of new technology platforms related to sistinfproduct (27%) and vtaselectron (49), in order to facilitate the management of the productive processes and management.
