Diseño de un modelo de e-logística para un operador logístico peruano

Abstract

Logistics operators, if they do not systematize their business unit, which corresponds to logistics, will be at risk of losing competitiveness, positioning and market share. In this sense, it is very important to be able to optimize the operational unit of a logistics operator’s business through an e-logistic model. The methodology considered was divided into two parts, the first part considered a diagnosis of all the processes of the logistics operator, for which the technique of unstructured observation was applied. After the diagnosis, the logistic model was configured whose components are made up of hardware, software and web platform.
