Abstract
The Journal of Occupational Health Psychology (JOHP) is a toptier journal, recognized as Grade 4 in the latest Academic Journal Guide 2021 (Chartered Association of Business Schools, 2021), which reflects the high quality of research published, and the importance and relevancy of our field. JOHP is a relatively “young” journal, which has been published by the American Psychological Association (APA) since 1996. However, there has been a rapid increase in the visibility of occupational health psychology (OHP) over the last 25 years, which has seen growing impact and importance of OHP topics. In this time, the nature of work has changed considerably due to significant societal and technological transformations and particularly over the last 2 years as the result of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) global pandemic, which has impacted all of our lives, including our mental health, well-being, and safety in the context of work (Rudolph et al., 2021)
