Abstract
The current research intends to clarfy the following question "How to improve students' capability in problem solving in mathematics by using contextual teaching approach?" The recent research is conducted based on the view of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The findings shows that the implementation of contextual teaching and learning as it is implemented in the recent study can improve students' capability in problem solving at mathematics.
