Los influencers en el protocolo. Un caso de estudio

Abstract

La figura del prescriptor ha sido siempre un recurso utilizado en la publicidad, pero con la aparición de las redes sociales, esa figura se ha ampliado y se implantado en la sociedad el concepto de influencer, como una persona o personalidad que tiene la habilidad de influir en un determinado público  a través de sus valoraciones sobre alguna marca, productos, servicios o eventos. .Los  blogs y espacios como las redes sociales, sobre todo Twitter,  Instagram o Youtube han favorecido la aparición de un nuevo perfil de prescriptores, unos líderes de opinión a los que las marcas y las empresas  recurren para multiplicar el alcance de sus acciones de comunicación. En este artículo se analiza qué son los influencers, cómo identificarlos gracias a medidores de influencia, cuáles de ellos son importantes en el protocolo y la organización de eventos y de qué forma influyen en ellos.___________________The figure of the prescriber has always been a resource used in advertising, but with the emergence of social networks, that figure has been expanded and the concept of influencer has appeared, as a person or personality who has the ability to influence in a certain public throughout his/her opinions on some brand, product, service or event.Blogs and social networks, especially Twitter, Instagram or Youtube have favoured the development of a new profile of prescribers, opinion leaders that brands and companies use to multiply the scope of their communication actions. This article examines what influencers are, how to identify them through online impact  gauge, which are important in protocol and organization of events, and how they influence them.
