Right abdominal mass in a 2 year-old child

Abstract

The authors report a case of a wandering spleen presenting as a right lower quadrant abdominal mass, 2 years post a transabdominal left diaphragmatic hernia repair in a 2-year-old child with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
