Abstract
The concept of restorative justice generates a radical change in the common definition of justice, since it enriches the role of the State in the interest and concern for all the actors of the criminal conflict, the victim, the victimizer and society, in addition to modifying the response Punitive from the state to the offender, to the use of the readapter mechanisms, without neglecting the conception of crime as a grievance to the whole society. Thus, restorative justice deals with the satisfaction of the needs of the victims trying to take things To its previous state, the readaptation of the victimizer and the recognition of his responsibilities towards the victims as well as with society.
