Abstract

Abstract: Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have transformed higher education by enhancing learning quality and efficiency. However, effective AI utilization depends on human and contextual factors, including students’ AI experience, content relevance, and academic attitudes.   Objective: This study examines the effects of AI experience, content relevance, and academic attitudes on AI-based learning productivity.   Methodology: A quantitative associative approach was employed. Data were collected from 75 active students of the Swadaya Business and Communication Institute (SWINS) in Jakarta using purposive sampling and analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.   Research Results: The results show that AI experience and academic attitudes significantly improve learning productivity, while content relevance has no partial effect. Collectively, all variables significantly influence learning productivity, with an Adjusted R² of 0.689, supporting the Technology Acceptance Model and Self-Regulated Learning theory.
