Abstract

Effective learning enables students to actively participate in learning activities. The interactive learning media based on Lumio by Smart serves as a solution in creating a dynamic and conducive learning process. This study aims to develop and analyze the validity, student responses, and effectiveness of using interactive learning media based on Lumio by Smart in the subject of natural disaster mitigation. The development process follows the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and documentation, which were then validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and geography education practitioners. The effectiveness of the media was measured based on students' learning outcomes through a post-test after the learning session. The validation results showed an overall score of 98.43%, categorized as highly valid. Student responses reached 83.16% in the small group trial and 83.46% in the large group trial. The post-test recorded an average learning outcome score of 80, which falls into the "good" category. Thus, the interactive learning media based on Lumio by Smart has been proven to be highly effective and suitable for use in geography learning.Pembelajaran yang efektif memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaarn. Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Lumio by Smart hadir sebagai solusi dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang dinamis dan kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menganalisis kevalidan, respons siswa, dan efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Lumio by Smart dalam materi mitigasi bencana alam. Proses pengembangan mengacu pada model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, serta praktisi pembelajaran geografi. Efektivitas media diukur berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa melalui post-test setelah sesi pembelajaran. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor keseluruhan 98,43% dalam kategori sangat valid. Respons siswa mencapai 83,16% pada uji kelompok kecil dan 83,46% pada kelompok besar. Post-test mencatat rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 80, yang termasuk dalam kategori “baik”. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Lumio by Smart terbukti sangat efektif dan cocok untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran geografi.
